Bill Nesto, Master of Wine, conducts an orchestra of Austria’s finest vinous soloists: the spicy Gruner Veltliner, the mineral-laced Riesling, and the cherry-fruited Pinot Noir, as well as exotic newcomers, Blaufrankisch and Zweigelt. Enjoy the aromas of Austrian wine as they blend with classical melodies drifting in the winds of a summer Tanglewood day.

Demystifying Wine and Food Pairing
White wine with fish and red wine with beef, but what else makes for a perfect pairing? In this seminar we will explore the mystery of balancing wine and food flavors. By identifying the basic taste components of the wine and the food, you will learn how to select a wine for every dish.
